FREE Training- Focusing on Microaggression and Harassment in the Workplace February 2026

Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming 3-week FREE training on creating a better workplace for women, with a focus on microaggressions and workplace harassment. The training will take place on February 5, 12, and 19, 2026 from 3:30 PM 5:30 PM on Zoom.

Our theme for this cohort is navigating and thriving in the Canadian workplace. This training is especially valuable for newcomer women who are in the workforce or preparing to enter it, but all women seeking to enhance their knowledge, confidence, and workplace leadership skills are also encouraged to attend.

Participants will gain:

Tools to identify and respond to microaggressions
Strategies to address workplace harassment
Confidence to advocate for rights in the workplace
A supportive network of women across Toronto


A certificate is awarded by Canadian Equality Consulting upon successful completion.
