Join Us: Community Dialogue on Better Workplace for Women Men as Allies

Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is excited to invite you to our upcoming Community Dialogue: Better Workplace for Women Men as Allies which will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026 from 4:00-5:30 pm on Zoom.

This interactive dialogue will explore how men can be strong allies in building safer, more inclusive workplaces. Together, we will discuss:

The role of allyship in addressing workplace harassment and microaggressions
Support fair opportunities and reduce workplace bias.
Help prevent harassment and microaggressions to foster trust, collaboration, and psychological safety.

The session will feature a panel of expert two male and one female speakers, interactive discussions, and opportunities for you to share your voice and experiences. All attendees will be entered into a raffle draw and chance to win an e-gift.
