PROPER is a new Toronto-based production company dedicated to the future sounds of Breaks, House, and Drum & Bass. Focused on high-energy dancefloors, cutting-edge artists, and immersive late-night experiences, PROPER is building a fresh wave of underground electronic music culture in the city.

Headlining the night is PHIBES, one of the world's most in-demand Drum & Bass acts, renowned for explosive productions and unforgettable live performances. With multiple Beatport No. 1 Drum & Bass releases and appearances at Boomtown, Printworks, Glastonbury, and Boardmasters, PHIBES has become a global festival favorite. Their signature blend of massive basslines, infectious anthems, and relentless dancefloor energy has taken them to clubs and festivals across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and beyond.

Joining the lineup is PINEO & LOEB, one of Canada's most exciting electronic duos. Their uplifting, funky, genre-blending sound has earned more than 10 million streams, official remixes for Sabrina Carpenter, and collaborations with Kiesza, GROUPLOVE, William Orbit, and Olivia O'Brien. Festival favorites at Shambhala, Burning Man, Envision, Friendship, and more, PINEO & LOEB are known for their infectious energy and unforgettable performances.

Rounding out the night are Toronto's own Farbsie Funk, DJ Red Turtle, Hi-Def, and Jay NuFunk, bringing decades of experience across breaks, house, drum & bass, funk, reggae, and bass music. Together, they'll deliver an eclectic soundtrack that keeps the energy high from open to close.
