JerkFest is an annual event celebrating jerk cuisine and Caribbean culture organized by not-for-profit organization Caribbean Promotions Arts & Culture Inc. This year’s festival will kick off with a Boat Cruise on Thursday, August 4th with this year's headliners, Maxi Priest, Alison Hinds, and Konshens on board.
