Toronto Sauna Festival returns to Evergreen Brick Works from October 2-4, 2026, transforming the venue into a three-day social wellness festival built around heat, cold, movement, music and community. Following a sold-out 2025 debut attended by 1,500 people, the second annual festival expands to more than triple the original space with 20+ saunas and practitioners from Canada, Germany, Poland, Romania and Estonia. Guests can explore performative Aufguss sessions, herbal infusions, scrubs, Banya-inspired rituals, guided and free-flow cold plunges, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, sound sessions, recovery experiences, live music, DJs, food, tea and interactive activations. Friday begins with a more intimate immersive opening night from 610 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, guests select a four-hour session based on the atmosphere they want, then move through the festivals core experiences at their own pace. Programming varies by session, giving each part of the weekend its own energy and its own rhythm.
